I have lived here for over 8 years Since Tom left they have had a problem with management mainly because the people who live here SUCK They are selfish inconsiderate AHOLES Its amazing how little they care about where they live constantly trashing the entire complex and expecting ONE person to clean it all up after them They have no respect for themselves or 2018-08-11T18:56:01Z
I have lived here for over 8 years Since Tom left they have had a problem with management mainly because the people who live here SUCK They are selfish inconsiderate AHOLES Its amazing how little they care about where they live constantly trashing the entire complex and expecting ONE person to clean it all up after them They have no respect for themselves or their neighbors Any management they get in here has a mountain placed on their shoulders This complex is considered lowincome and is used as transitional housing as in the inbetween from being homeless to actually getting a place I have no idea how many people they have helped over the years but I was one of them The apartments themselves are beautiful the complex is maintained as well as it can be but its an uphill battle against the very people who live here more ... hide ...

Just because these are low income apartments does notmean you get to treat people poorly our code door hasnt worked for MONTHS these people allow a limited amounts of keys per household and they have the nerve to put up signs on the doors as a type of threat saying smile Youre on camera weve seen people putting boulders on the door to keep it open and there 2019-11-04T18:01:34Z

I love Park Avenue West because their staff and manager Kim are extremely helpful and friendly Maintenance is on top of it too Also being newly remodeled all new appliances a fitness center community room and garage parking for such a great price is unheard of living downtown Park Avenue gives you that luxury feeling with an affordable price I give them a 5 2021-11-20T00:46:21Z
