I lived in the Trocadero apartments for close to 3 years and absolutely loved it there The management was great and reasonable any time I needed anything fixed maintenance was usually available the same day The apartments are situated in a really great neighborhood especially if you have kids or a family its within walking distance to parks Sprouts a high en 2016-07-21T17:51:44Z
I lived in the Trocadero apartments for close to 3 years and absolutely loved it there The management was great and reasonable any time I needed anything fixed maintenance was usually available the same day The apartments are situated in a really great neighborhood especially if you have kids or a family its within walking distance to parks Sprouts a high end liquor store and 24 Hour Fitness There is not a pool area which I thought was great because that eliminated all day and night parties and all the noise and disturbances that come along with a poolparty area The Trocadero is a family friendly animal loving community with a responsive staff and maintenance team I would definitely recommend them to anyone more ... hide ...

Its a home low income housing for those who might find them selves mentally challenged or suffer from mental illness of all sorts The apartment s are nice mainly 1 bedroom there are a few 2 bedroom apt s the neighborhood is on or around 5points rough neighborhood

Terrible place to live a lot of crimes and issues in these townhomes bugs debris trash everywhere
