Most unprofessional rude and prejudiced management Ive ever encountered The ladies in the office are bullies especially Pam They sit and smoke outside the office and loudly make disgusting hateful remarks about anything and everything especially about tenants During warmer weather the office door is left wide open allowing the smell from their chain smoking to flow through Pam even walks into the office with cigarettes lit in her mouth or flat out smokes at her desk They say things within earshot of tenants and even called one lady names for her Google review She proudly tells people how her son a firefighter refuses to save suicidal people because they are a waste of time when other people need real help They gossip and spread rumors take horrible care of employees and go to pretty lengthy measures to TRY to cover their mistakes rather than addressing them Pam appears to be under the influence half the time and Nadia actually asked my spouse to recommend a place where her husband could purchase something to help him pass a ua Do not discuss your personal life with these people no matter how nice they pretend to be The office is a snake pit After the shooting that most recently occured they did nothing promised to care for the people affected and from what I understand are facing a lawsuit from a former staff member Sad I recommend going else where You have been warned more ... hide ...

This is my second time living at Grand Lowry Lofts after some lengthy deployments and overseas stuff Ive been nothing but happy living here The office staff is always helpful and friendly and keeps me informed The grounds look great and the building is well maintained by a great crew Ive never had any problems at all with my direct neighbors and we all greet 2021-04-22T02:12:44Z
This is my second time living at Grand Lowry Lofts after some lengthy deployments and overseas stuff Ive been nothing but happy living here The office staff is always helpful and friendly and keeps me informed The grounds look great and the building is well maintained by a great crew Ive never had any problems at all with my direct neighbors and we all greet each other with smiles The neighborhood might be more mellow than some would prefer but I like the peacefulness of it I keep some odd hours but I always feel safe during my occasional evening walks Lastly Im a geek for the vintage military aesthetics that were preserved when Lowry was redeveloped As a military photojournalist I love that Im living in the same building that used to be a photo school for US service members more ... hide ...

The Renaissance Apartments teaches us how to be responsible responsive and respectful to others our neighbors the community its a great place to live as a married couple as well as a single person these apartments are very high maintenance Manager Miss Sherry is very awesome shes caring shes calm shes cool she can be tough sometimes if youre not on top of your game she can also be helpful in situation where its hard to overcome a problem she talks and doesnt a lot for her clients if were wrong shell let us know that were wrong if were right shes definitely on our side I have a problem that the halfway house right here next to the Renaissance Apartments I really wouldnt recommend it to women with children that are single households Im a single household resident at the Renaissance Apartments my little sister lived here before me and she stayed two years we were definitely blessed with the opportunity of experience and living in the Renaissance Apartments We so miss the pantry before covid19 hit the world every Wednesday we go and they will have a really nice selection of food and the pantry as far as meats fruits vegetables dairy and dessertsnThank you Renaissance Apartments for caring for the community God bless many more years to come more ... hide ...
