Needs Front Gate Badly The parking lot and tenants would have a much better experience and save money if there was a secure gate at the front of the parking lot Would cut down vandalism stolen property and criminal activity by at least 90 Multiple people have had there cars motorcycles and scooters stolen because theres NO GATE and the cameras are the worst 2021-01-26T22:08:37Z

Dont move here unless you feel like dealing with needles in the stairwell homeless sleeping everywhere My kid was cornered in the trash room by homeless drunk Management fails to keep them out Its like they dont care Ive spoken to several others that have said they complained but nothing is done to keep us and our kids safe I agree There are constant broke 2021-12-28T18:04:36Z

Update 93021 I received Approval email from property manager on 92721 with a future move in date Lease to be signed on day of move in as per property managernnPrevious postsnI am currently working on resolving administrative application processing IRS compliance issues directly with the property manager Property manager did reach out to me by phone last week in attempts to resolve issues She was very professional and courteous and gave me ample opportunity to voice my concerns She now promptly provides me with frequent email application status updates which respectfully keeps me apprised what whats occurring nnStill awaiting completion of application processing by Traditions and am pleased and reassured that the property manager is trying her best and professional and courteousnnI will update my review and revise my rationale pending final outcomennI have had a resident application pending at Traditions since 8202021 still with no final approvalIts now been over 4 weeksnI have been diligent in providing all hard copy documents of bank and income statements and complete application informationnnI advised the leasing manager that I will not give 30 days notice to vacate to my current landlord for apartment availability in mid October without final approval from Traditions because that would leave me at risk of being homeless Property manager advised me that upper mgt at FPI only after I left voicemails and emails for upper mgt in California which went unresponded to agreed to extend my tentative move in date from mid October to 30 days upon final 100approval from Traditions more ... hide ...
