If you are a property owner trying to help someone find housing please avoid this organization at ALL costs Your property will sit on the market for weeks unrented while you try to find an actual human being to contact that has any desire to accomplish the assistance for which they are tasked The people who need housing will wait unreasonable amounts of time without answers while these Bureauclowns pull themselves away from such other important tasks such as shopping and gardening apparently They are unable to receive emails or answer phones or call back in a reasonable amount of time while their inspectors are notoriously impossible to reach because they are busy running personal errands during work hours All while blaming you for their inaction This is the most unprofessional organization I have ever had the misfortune of trying to work with Do yourself a favor and try to find housing within a jurisdiction where they feel a sense of urgency to help those who need it If I could give zero stars I would more ... hide ...

When i first toured i already knew i wanted to live here I came back to tour two more times and signed on It feels like home living here Matt the maintenance guy has been really great also which goes to show the care that the staff puts into the property and their residents
