No complaints about the apartment community The community is run very professionally and the staff are awesomenHowever be forewarned The Town of Estes Park allows an unofficial industrial park situation to flourish on Acacia Drive Lots of heavy equipment excavation commercial construction and general heavy commercial work These activities start at 0600 and continue all day seven days a week Lots of noise dust carcinogenic diesel fumes air brakes unfinished construction projects and speeding vehicles NOT conducive to peaceful mountain living Our residential roads are being destroyed by all the heavy equipment driving down the streets where children play The noise pollution is worse here than when I lived in Denver and the Town of Estes Park could care much less

After being displaced from 2013 flood this is the only place that finally gave us a way home after so many years away I so thankful to Ginger she was so nice and helpful through the long waiting process The unit is so nice and only 2 years old it gives us all we need plus more and the views are are spectacular
