I am a new resident here at Miramont and the whole situation from the moment I walked into the office through the move in has been one of the best experiences I have had with rentingnDana was extremely diligent in communicating the things required for a quick move in going above and beyond to make it possible to move in on the day required The maintenance staff is phenomenal as well fixing a couple of things in my new apartment within a few hours of the requestnWe are still settling in but these initial experiences have made us feel like we have found a place to call home for a whilenThank you Miramont team for making a potential nightmare of a move into something positive and stress reducing We have the greatest appreciation for how easy you made our transition Thank you more ... hide ...

Our stay at Village Gardens has been wonderful so far The people at the front desk have all been welcoming kind and accommodating Our apartment is a comfortable size with nice amenities in good working order and when I asked for a maintenance order on our window within the first week of moving in it was completed within 48 hours The rent is nice for all the 2021-10-22T17:12:03Z
Our stay at Village Gardens has been wonderful so far The people at the front desk have all been welcoming kind and accommodating Our apartment is a comfortable size with nice amenities in good working order and when I asked for a maintenance order on our window within the first week of moving in it was completed within 48 hours The rent is nice for all the amenities you get pool gym park etc Everyone I have met so far as neighbors have all been very nice and pleasant The location is about ten minutes away from everything in the city and there is a bus stop on the street Overall it looks nice and tidy and we feel comfortable and safe living here more ... hide ...

I am so thankful Im not living here When I originally applied mortified I even did so I put down the 125 holding fee As soon as I realized it would be a mistake to live here I began calling asking for my refund After calling four times and leaving messages someone finally got back to me and said that since Im a guest and not a resident they didnt have cleara 2022-05-07T16:37:37Z
I am so thankful Im not living here When I originally applied mortified I even did so I put down the 125 holding fee As soon as I realized it would be a mistake to live here I began calling asking for my refund After calling four times and leaving messages someone finally got back to me and said that since Im a guest and not a resident they didnt have clearance to refund my holding fee despite them being able to see the transaction on their side Frustrated I asked when this would be resolved and I was told by the end of the week This didnt happen and nobody called me back so I went to their office in person today Comically as I arrived there was a couple who lived there already complaining to the woman about how horrible the management is When it was my turn I was treated so horribly that I wished I filmed it The woman was rude condescending and made no attempt at friendliness She then proceeded to tell me that my refund would be MAILED to me within 30 days not what I was told initially I told her that since Ive lost trust in this business I would be needing a phone call to update me when my refund is mailed She responded with fine well do our best to do that Combining this experience with the reviews the couple I witnessed complaining the ugly exteriors of the apartments lord knows what the inside looks like I implore you NOT to live here more ... hide ...
