When I first received my voucher housing catalyst was great I moved out of my apartment in January of this year I had a difficult time finding a new place because of several factors regarding the apartments Utilities move in dates etc I unfortunately had to turn down an apartment because I knew I couldnt afford the utilities I had 12 days left before my hous 2022-06-15T00:06:21Z
When I first received my voucher housing catalyst was great I moved out of my apartment in January of this year I had a difficult time finding a new place because of several factors regarding the apartments Utilities move in dates etc I unfortunately had to turn down an apartment because I knew I couldnt afford the utilities I had 12 days left before my housing voucher expired In that time we applied for the last 30 day extension I was denied and wasnt given a reason My voucher expired and I was out of time to find a place Shortly after I received a call from an apartment manager where I had applied to a few weeks prior This was the second call from them and they wanted to know if I was still wanting an apartment I had to tell them my voucher expired and I couldnt get extension I could have been in my own place now but now Im living in my car Im 57 and I have health issues Im on SSI and with my other bills I cant make ends meet Gas and food prices are killing me I just wanted to thank housing catalyst for their unfair decision which left me on the streets when I did nothing wrong more ... hide ...

We have had a wonderful experience with the VOA After being treated terrible at other agencies we were afraid to reach out for help and once we did they helped us with our rent and restored our faith Thank you to all of you for giving this small family hope again

I lived in Governors Park Apartment Complex for a year I absolutely loved my apartment and my experience therennMy apartment was renovated and beautiful In addition if I needed maintenance which was only about twice while I lived there they were quick to respond and always got the issue resolved The front office staff was also very friendly responsive and he 2022-03-30T19:50:16Z
I lived in Governors Park Apartment Complex for a year I absolutely loved my apartment and my experience therennMy apartment was renovated and beautiful In addition if I needed maintenance which was only about twice while I lived there they were quick to respond and always got the issue resolved The front office staff was also very friendly responsive and helpful It was always a pleasure interacting with themnnThe complex does have a gym it is very small but there is rarely anyone using it so I went frequently The complex also has a pool that is well maintained and I went often in the summer The complex is also very close to Sprouts Starbucks restaurants and bars In fact I often walked to that complex to grab groceries a coffee or a drink It is also close to neighborhoods where I went got my daily runswalks innnOverall I would definitely recommend Governors Park and if I didnt get a new job located out of Fort Collins I would have renewed my lease more ... hide ...
