Absolutely horrible behavior from management They very routinely broke rental laws because they assumed that their tenants were ignorant of renters rights laws and couldnt afford legal council The problem was so significant that the complex should have been held liablenI also had an office employee tell me after hearing me say that the office was useless to repair Another hot water problem at midnight that any negative comment about them wont be tolerated which is a threat This was based on a ridiculously gratuitous piece of infantile gossipnThe office staff was also so ignorant of basic elements such as the need to replace furnace filters which I informed them about myself They also refused to fix my nonworking oven after I moved in because they said that they were busy preparing empty apartments for new tenants I had to inform them that my lease was based on a Working apartment not one without a stove so they needed to take care of tenants already paying rentnThe term Slumlord applied to the behavior of the management and the apartment maintenance in ways I thought Id never see more ... hide ...
