I lived here from 2015 until 2021 This has to be one of the worst neighborhoods in Fort Collins There is always someone digging through the trash and lots of police activity Even a high speed chase through the complex The management is continuously changing and my experience with them was not always great Also frequently there was no where to park at night M 2022-01-25T12:48:36Z

My current review My family and I have been here for a few years now I was so happy when I moved in Ive recently put in my notice to move because its just not a place I want to or can call home anymore Management is a revolving door because they cant treat their residents or management right If they arent willing to be rude and demanding then the new management changes Im really disappointed in the change since Conam has taken over I have every bit of paperwork since the day I moved in and thank God I do because I would have owed a lot of money for absolutely no reason The moment you show proof that you are right you suddenly never hear of the problem again If you have to move here keep every single bit of paperwork and have a lawyer on standby for when they try and bring up ridiculous excuses for why you owe money with no proof or try and give you a 3 day notice for no reasonnnMy review from 2 years ago By far the best place I have ever had the pleasure of living I was working on a very short notice to find a place to live and the AMAZING ladies in the office did all they could to get me into an apartment as soon as possible They quickly relayed info to me about things that I needed to take care of before moving in and are so pleasant to work with The apartments are very spacious and very well priced The maintenance men are on top of things if you have any issues I couldnt be happier to call the the woodlands home more ... hide ...
