I would give this place negative stars if I could I wouldnt say I have insanely high standards and you can tell what type of place this is from the outside but when I tell you it was the most disgusting place Ive ever lived Golden arms is a joke They have little respect for tenants personal space We had multiple plumbing issues and the ac never worked One of the biggest problems I encountered was with management Management at this location changed very often and the manger that is currently in the office is greedy and rude to the tenants She only cares about the money If an issue comes up with something maintenance wise or anything else really she drags her feet and is unresponsive about the issues They are slumlords at the finest The apartment overall is over priced for the state that it is in The appliances are very out of date and as stated before there are constant issues all around I really do not recommend living here at all you are better off spending your money elsewhere Save yourself the time energy and stress and AVOID it all costs more ... hide ...

The only nice about this apartment complex is the maintenance They always fix things in a fast time frame The apartment complex does not seem to take pride in their amenities The weight room hasnt been cleaned since I have lived here which is over 9 months The exercise machines are extremely filthy The bowling alley and game room are only open during office hours which most people are working during the office hours so its a waste The pool area is rarely cleaned It took a months for them to finally get the heat on for the pool and now the pool is cold again The entrances maybe get cleaned once a month and are always filthy There are a decent amount of spiders and wasps I asked them to spray our apartment because even on the third floor we were getting lots of spiders and they never sprayed Their seems to be a pest problems in the heating system in our building but it has never been taken care of The office building is supposed to have computers and printers available for the residents but the printers have been out of ink since I moved in 9 months ago All in all there just isnt any pride taken with the amenities that we pay extra for I find myself getting frustrated all the time and once the lease is up in august Im definitely going to a better complex I have also heard lots of complaints about not getting the full security deposit back even if the apartment has no problems when moving out I would just avoid this apartment I have heard from other residents management was way better a couple years ago and had completely gone down hillnnI just wrote a comment more ... hide ...

Flor is a wonderful person to talk to who is very understanding and pleasant The pricing is high it is what is to be expected of Golden The apartments are very old and there is certainly work to be done on the grounds When I had conflicts however they were quick to fix any issues I was having Before signing a lease I would HIGHLY recommend reading through the lease and making sure you understand the move out policy because unless you want to hire a cleaning crew it is going to take hours out of your day and be sure to schedule ahead of time for a before and after inspection to ensure you get your full deposit back They will charge maximum price for cleaning even if you leave the place in decent condition It needs to be up to their standards and by that I mean it basically needs to look like you never lived there Overall living there was a decent experience except for the occasional domestic disputes and noise This is a good first apartment for anyone going to school more ... hide ...

I have had the greatest pleasure of living at Applewood Gables for the past seven years Awesome management owners maintenance and neighbors ever Love Zeke and Trish the new property managersthey are awesome This property looks great and it keeps getting better You will not be sorry for living herewonderful place to raise your family

I moved here in September 2017 and absolutely loved this place The management staff were friendly and the grounds and building were well maintainednnIn 2018 that all changed with the departure of most of the staff members who were replaced by corporate money mongers Everything went down hill quickly and this once beautiful place is now turning into a dump Just about every new tenant smokes drinks and could care less about maintaining their apartment or the rules and regulations Management is useless and uncaring One staff member informed a resident that the people who live at Lewis Court are demanding and impatient Recently the corporate name was changed from JCHA to Foothills HousingnnI reported a resident for smoking on his patio and this has turned into an all out war forcing me to file 2 police reports and sending numerous emails to the property manager her supervisor and to her supervisors supervisor all of which go unanswered They could care less about their residents safetynnThis once beautiful and friendly place to live has turned into a horrible place My advice is stay clear of Lewis Court and all Foothills Housing properties more ... hide ...
