Office staff are really nice and helpful Maintenance is always very responsive Grounds are kept neat and clean Ive lived here for over 3 years I didnt add 5 stars because the parking is complicated too many vehicles and sometimes I have to park very far from my apartment Landscaping could be better if it was zeriscaped instead of grass And I wish we had recy 2022-06-29T18:50:57Z

A neat community Jezelle McNeill is great at her job therennThey have a community center which the entire complex can use that is also nice I particularly like that they have a reading meeting and greeting area available for residents as well as their visitorsnnFurther it is where Meals on Wheels serves

The community here is horrible they never fix things try to charge you for the outside painting of building Not to mention the manager of the property there mistreats tenants and their children I have witness her cuss out tenants which is very unprofessional I have reached out to her boss only to be told that she dosent care what I have to say about Evelyn a 2018-11-10T18:04:03Z
The community here is horrible they never fix things try to charge you for the outside painting of building Not to mention the manager of the property there mistreats tenants and their children I have witness her cuss out tenants which is very unprofessional I have reached out to her boss only to be told that she dosent care what I have to say about Evelyn and that they were gonna press charges but little do they know Ive kept evidence of her actions and words so there for couldnt press charges I would not reccomend friends or family to move there The cops are always there some tentant there overdose on drugs and Ive also seen some tenants be drunk and drive threw the parking lot recklessly and the cops have been to his place as well So anyone is better off finding a more professional place to live and deal with Worse management company ever more ... hide ...
