Not very helpfully when u are trying to clean out a loved ones apartment after their passing As if dealing with the loss of loved one isnt hard enough the redtape and hoops they expect you to jump through an unwillingness to allow extra time for special circumstances is cold and heartless

Gave birth to my son there a couple of weeks ago The nurses and doctors on staff for the 3 days my husband and I were there March 7th10th were fantastic They were very knowledgeable caring and attentive We would like to thank them all for making the magical experience of our babys birth as pleasant as they possibly could
