Just going back to this rating and adding some details I have lived in the area almost three years and stayed with Elevate about two Rent is a little higher but it is equivalent to that of the area considering most of the surrounding apartments were built around the 70s These units have internal ac that works which has been a blessing during this heat wave M 2020-09-25T18:29:32Z
Just going back to this rating and adding some details I have lived in the area almost three years and stayed with Elevate about two Rent is a little higher but it is equivalent to that of the area considering most of the surrounding apartments were built around the 70s These units have internal ac that works which has been a blessing during this heat wave Maintenance is super fast and the office is good at follow up on work orders The stairs do deteriorate quickly due to salt etc but Ive found that any time I put in an order they address it within a month due to third party contracts and sometimes sooner I also notice they fill the potholes in the parking lot relatively frequently I have even told them about property lights being out and they had it fixed within three days I dont know what other peoples experiences have been with maintenance in apartments but in my own this fast of a response rate is unheard ofnIve never had a problem with mail delivery It is either in the amazon hub with a no contact scan code opportunity or the post office leaves a key in your box to get into their package lock boxnThe walls are thin but I have been able to resolve any noise issues with the office immediatelynIf I had to think about something to complain about it would be that the pool isnt open on Sundays since quarantine due to the office being closed but if thats the only complaint Id say you are doing pretty well more ... hide ...

My ratings since moving here have went drastically low However I do give an HONEST review and think that when there is improvements it should be addressed as well Even though Im sure myself and others are upset it took a million bad reviews and fighting tooth and nail to get things turned around this place Its worth mentioning that Ive seen a big improvement 2022-05-18T18:14:31Z
My ratings since moving here have went drastically low However I do give an HONEST review and think that when there is improvements it should be addressed as well Even though Im sure myself and others are upset it took a million bad reviews and fighting tooth and nail to get things turned around this place Its worth mentioning that Ive seen a big improvement around here for whatever its worth the common areas have been tidying up less dog poop around dog park seems to be cleaned more often Poop bags have been being refilled often Ive seen a lady come around sweeping the hall ways and picking up trash in common areas first year EVER seeing that as tenants pay a fee for that so thanks to her Shes doing wonderfully Also kudos to the new snow plow service they had going It was nice to have clear areas when there was snow And for the first time EVER my AC service was fulfilled ON TIME And was WELL communicated Waiting to see if a leak persists but so far no Im so surprised because it couldve been this easy years prior Nonetheless thanks Glenn I appreciate the sudden change and all though I wouldnt give it my first recommendation I do think this is a great start to redeeming yourselves and making Glen all that it should be more ... hide ...

I am currently living at waterfront apartments I have been at Waterfront for year and half plus and resigned because I had no choice on a personal end The new management team is very much like the old They are very nice when they are trying to get you to sign the lease but once they have you under contract all they care about is that you pay your monthly due 2022-06-06T15:21:14Z
I am currently living at waterfront apartments I have been at Waterfront for year and half plus and resigned because I had no choice on a personal end The new management team is very much like the old They are very nice when they are trying to get you to sign the lease but once they have you under contract all they care about is that you pay your monthly dues I have sent in multiple service request for simple things such as TURNING ON the AC in the gym Something so simply cannot be obtained The gym is out dated with old benches that need replacing Ive been told on serval occasions they are gonna replace the equipment but yet again they do not know how to turn on the ac in therenWhenever they say they are gonna do something make sure you get it in writing otherwise it will not get done For second week of June they only have 1 out of 2 pools open The pool that is not open looks like it has been abandoned by the complexnThe best part about these apartments is that it is a 10 min drive to I70 for mountaineer enthusiastnnPlease read the fine print when signing They are super friendly in order to get you to sign your leasenThank you more ... hide ...

This property gets sold and bought by a new company property every couple of months to ever few years Cant say why they keep selling but Im sure they cannot just evict tenants and force us to live here without really addressing issues and finding ways to pocket as much money as possible Just look at other reviews Similar complaints of how they wont give back 2022-01-22T18:04:41Z
This property gets sold and bought by a new company property every couple of months to ever few years Cant say why they keep selling but Im sure they cannot just evict tenants and force us to live here without really addressing issues and finding ways to pocket as much money as possible Just look at other reviews Similar complaints of how they wont give back security deposits wont fix issues Their staff has a high turn over I called and made a complaint and was left a nasty voicemail from the then manager Luckily she is no longer employed herennThese apartments are old Yes the air conditioning is in the front room This complex looks like a motel converted into an apartment condominium The walls arent thick so you can hear your neighbors The location isnt bad but the parking isnt great but thats Colorado for you There are fees included in that shouldnt but thats the companys way of jacking up the price They have a machine that issues money for the washerdryers One issue I had was there arent enough machines so if they break or a neighbor does 10 loads of laundry you wait hours The best thing was the upgraded kitchennnOur primary reason for leaving was we paid a special moving in When a year renewal came the price increased over 300 month My husband was furious At the same price we could move to a slightly better property and we did more ... hide ...

Once again this company is just trying to get more money out of people They arent organized and cant handle passing information to the next manager Theres been so many management changes it was a roller coaster ride Their error has only caused me headaches and its impossible to get a response in a timely manner
