Lived here for about 6 years in that time this complex wendlt through like 5 different ownership changes and with that came different staff and bad communication Village at Bear Creek was fine and then slowly but surely downhill it went It had gotten to the point where we were paying as much for our like 5 times out of date apartment as a recently remodeled 2022-05-18T15:03:39Z
Lived here for about 6 years in that time this complex wendlt through like 5 different ownership changes and with that came different staff and bad communication Village at Bear Creek was fine and then slowly but surely downhill it went It had gotten to the point where we were paying as much for our like 5 times out of date apartment as a recently remodeled one and dispite how many times I told office staff we were in a unit that was not remodeled they must have thought we were full of it because they never listened until the last 2 months of our lease when they did the intent to vacate and it all of a sudden made sense why we were upset spending as much for our out of date apartment as the remodels werenUpon move out there was some nickel and dining on things that needed repair but a few things on the list were written down on our initial walk through with company 1 a few more were items that they are already remodeling and really after almost 6 years there these items would be replace anyway carpets for example and then got charges for cleaning if items their guys left unfixed for months and months Regardless it WAS a nice place to live and has slowly gone downhill so moving was probably for the best anyway Wont miss this place more ... hide ...

Honestly not worth the money Had plenty of issues when movedin and had to fight the admin team for a while to get the issues addressed The apartment was not inspected before our keys were given and definitely not as advertised Admin and maintenance team changes every 12 months the turnover rate is ridiculous Parking is an ongoing issue for certain buildings 2022-07-21T18:45:00Z
Honestly not worth the money Had plenty of issues when movedin and had to fight the admin team for a while to get the issues addressed The apartment was not inspected before our keys were given and definitely not as advertised Admin and maintenance team changes every 12 months the turnover rate is ridiculous Parking is an ongoing issue for certain buildings They charge 8 for parking to ensure there are not extra residents or visitors extending their stay but they do not reinforced it The second pool was closed for over a year and was opened late June 2022 Nevertheless they closed it every once in a while without giving a headsup to residents and for reasons like a staff member been off that day and not having someone to clean it The main pool has been closed for the entire summer We have seen other residents looking inside several cars and others allowing homeless people to come use the facilities For a while there were people changing clothes right in the parking lot who appear to know a resident Some outside people wandering around the area with no security to protect residentsnDefinitely not worth paying the 2000 we are paying more ... hide ...

Came here on a whim on a Saturday at the end of the month although Melissa was very busy with current tenants coming in with questions regarding packages and paying their rent she urgently and kindly made sure to give me a wonderful tour of their demo apartment and it was such a great experience She is very knowledgeable and helpful and the property is go 2022-04-12T01:52:24Z
Came here on a whim on a Saturday at the end of the month although Melissa was very busy with current tenants coming in with questions regarding packages and paying their rent she urgently and kindly made sure to give me a wonderful tour of their demo apartment and it was such a great experience She is very knowledgeable and helpful and the property is gorgeous and peaceful I dont think I will be able to move into an apartment since my boyfriend and I own 6 vehicles but if I was able to I would definitely come to this place because of its location and the spectacular experience Melissa in the leasing office provided Although she has just started working at this location you can tell she has a passion for what she does and takes pride in her job This place rocks more ... hide ...
