This apartment complex is a disgrace There is no grounds keeping other than trash pick up Alcohol bottles and cigarettes everywhere The residents are supposed to be smoke free but every floor you can smell the caked on cigarette smoke and the walls have discolored because of it Most the secondary doors are broken and transient homeless are always on the prop

This apartment complex is a disgrace There is no grounds keeping other than trash pick up Alcohol bottles and cigarettes everywhere The residents are supposed to be smoke free but every floor you can smell the caked on cigarette smoke and the walls have discolored because of it Most the secondary doors are broken and transient homeless are always on the property Virtually no cameras and the ones there are get covered by homeless people sleeping in the laundry room Laundry machines are broken and the one that works is filthy Building is dog friendly but the residents rarely take their dogs out so its a lot of puppy pads on the grounds and balconies Elevators are frequently left with pet urine and garbage Elevators are rarely cleaned The web site indicates a concierge service for packages but its not true The office will NOT accept packages and as a result all packages are left outside the lobby doors where theyre stolen regularly by other residents and homeless people Rent must be paid online and there is a 25 charge to do so the office will not accept rent payments in person Only two handicap spots for the entire building Water is frequently shut off without notice The fire alarm sounds 23 times a month the fire department doesnt even turn their lights on to come turn it off because theyre here so frequently If there was a fire you wouldnt know because of so many false alarms Building is quite old but property owner and operators do not invest money into it Lease requires alcohol and drug smoke free but this is clearly and blatantly disregarded and management is fully aware Most ceiling tiles in the building are missing The fitness room doors have been kicked in and are not functional Office management is a different person each day and usually only open 4 days out of the week Emails and calls are unanswered except for rent collection emails which are first priority Overall would not recommend moving on this property as there is no indication any of the concerns listed above are ever going to be addressed Low income housing and they do the minimum to maintenance it Office reps and maintenance are friendly when you interact with them so I know they can only do so much But overall this is a incredible fail by Fairfield residential which manages multiple properties in Colorado Their website shows beautiful and up to date properties but again low income low priority One star for location and one star for the staff that has been helpful
