I know the manger that was at tiffany square apther name is angie she was a manager were i use to liveshes a great manager and she treats everyone fair and good and shes nice and friendly and she would smile she professionali wish there were more managers like her

This facility is not for your loved one who is considered low income and has to share a room The rooms are too small to accomodate more than one especially if a wheelchair is involved Dont understand how they are ADA compliant space doors door handles but somehow get away with it There is no thought into matching roommates There is no sense of safety on behalf of the residents of these small rooms There is little accountability from the owners of this facility They have mastered twisting the issues onto the family Avoid it unless youre willing to pay the outrageous cost for a single room in an old building that has been cosmetically covered up See attached photos Know that this trash my 93 yr old mother had to navigate around to get to the bathroom for over a week This from the first roommate Second roommate had a dog and was allowed to have oversized furniture and plants everywhere The room felt more like a storage unit for the roommates belongings Note new owner as of AprMay Also note one star is generous but kudos to the lovely floor caregivers who have a tough job and not able to share what they really think is happening in this place Do not be fooled by the pictures on their site Do not be fooled by the friendly salesperson telling you how great the place is We are still battling getting medical records as well as a refund check a month post move out Now the owner claims we didnt remove a bed so we will be charged rent Tactic for not being accountable for anything and reminiscent of slum lord tactics more ... hide ...
