I live at Amity Plaza The apartment itself is better than many in the Denver area This will not last long though There have been a series of incompetent managers for the last three years and SMHO does not seem to be changing its policies any time soon They are allowing the building to have plumbing issues an elevator that hasnt worked for 3 months now the grounds are becoming weeds there is no air conditioning in the unitsand you have to pay to get a swamp cooler or ceiling fan installed We had the incident alarm go off most of the weekend for the last 3 or so months and no one would come turn it off You could hear it all over the first floor We arent allowed to use the computer room or library still even though COVID has been lifted Our washers on the 5th floor leak and the carpet near the laundry room is usually wet more ... hide ...
