Ive been on a wait list for 6 years When I was first put on I was homeless in an abusive relationship and a mother of two children I have done my due diligence and responded to every letter and phone call I have attended any meeting or appointment asked of me I have NEVER been offered a place in these 6 years I get a phone call no voicemail so I return to se 2022-02-01T16:13:58Z
Ive been on a wait list for 6 years When I was first put on I was homeless in an abusive relationship and a mother of two children I have done my due diligence and responded to every letter and phone call I have attended any meeting or appointment asked of me I have NEVER been offered a place in these 6 years I get a phone call no voicemail so I return to see what I missed When I called Merna informed me that my status was inactive due to the recent purge in April of 2021 I told her I responded to this letter and have been waiting for 6 yearsnnI am in a MUCH better place in life now Working a great job going to school full time no longer in that bad relationship and raising my kids all at once ALL BY MYSELF I went ahead and let Merna know that she can keep me off the list They have failed me and my family I highly recommend reaching out to other sources Ive been able to get on my feet and out of living in hell NO THANKS TO LOVELAND HOUSING AUTHORITY Im saddened by the time and effort I put into believing they would or could help me more ... hide ...

Found out my mother died today and accidently went to the wrong place Lady was flat out nasty to me Said you can plainly see our address on the building you are in the wrong place I hope her family is shown more compassion when she passes

I lived at Maple Terrace for a year I paid my rent a month in advance I kept my apartment very cleannA month before my lease was up I was awaken from my nap with the maintenance men in my apartment telling me they had to check my fire alarms A week before we did a yearly walk threw and changed batteries and all filters in my apartment After being told I had no rights and they could enter my apartment when ever they wanted with no warning I gave my 30 day notice I was not renewing my leasenI moved out and all went fine with my walk threw they would mail me my deposit with in 30 daysnAfter 40 days I went to the office and asked about my deposit The lady in the office informed me the apartments are now under new management and she had no info or leases for anyone that was living in the apartments She said she didnt owe me my deposit I explained to her the maintenance men working there knew who I was because theyre the reason I moved She gave me a number to the old management that no longer works and told me Id have to get my deposit from themnI have no idea who has my deposit or who has all my personal information more ... hide ...
