Much better recently with the new manager The undesireables have left with the drugs loud parties and there are apartments available properly maintained fairly new and very clean Great for families seniors disabled Income based rent for 12 3 bedroom homes

I enjoy living here I have lived here almost 4 years The people here are great and we have a great manager Her name is Nikiand her husband is our maintenance man What I great place to live

This apartment complex as well as another known as The Montrose Apartments are run by the same Landlord and she is beyond rude she is a tyrant She constantly accuses all of the tenants with false lease violations discriminates against families and people with disabilities and has a particular distaste for women with histories of domestic violence She is only 2020-12-22T03:32:06Z
