This is a beautiful property The manager Ginny will address issues promptly Being a new property there are certainly some issues as with any new place But if you never give feedback about the problems which most are common they can become a bigger issue I love my place for the most part I can say theres no privacy The insulation for sound is not good You can hear everything And the area for smokers is definitely an eye sore Totally not what I personally expected I also was under the impression that this was a 55 and older community one of the main reasons I chose this home Overall I can honestly say this a great place to reside I have great viewshopping is close by beautiful sunsets rec center walking distance etc so much to see and donBrigietta more ... hide ...
