A friend of mine rented here for a year lease He is in a National Guard Unit is a professional They ended their residence at Avana Eastlake he was told to drop his keys in the drop box Which he did and I know for a fact he did Now they are wanting to charge him 60 for losing the keys once he placed them in the Dropbox This is not a best practice for any ma 2022-05-27T16:41:20Z

We somewhat enjoyed living here for the last 2 years The apt was nice but overpriced Good luck with the management though they will nickel and dime you for a lot of things The office workers are nice but the manager herself is a piece of work The amenities are low quality for what you pay Dont expect your hallways to be clean or for your trash to get picked 2022-07-27T19:00:47Z

It seems border line fraudulent when they show you a model apartment that looks absolutely nothing like what you end up getting after signing the lease Noticed a few other reviewers reported the same thing The apartment I signed a lease on did not resemble the model apartment they showed me beforehand one bitnnInstead of calling and communicating with their tenants about when they need to resign their lease or give them written notice they instead opt in to just dropping a letter on the door They gave me a letter one day before their 60 day lease renewal notice that they require if youre leaving And because I work out of town I didnt get it until I got home after that 60 day notice that they require So my punishment was paying an extra 1400 for an apartment that would be empty Of course I didnt find out I owed them an extra months rent passed my move out date until I saw the charge come through So I paid for an empty apartment for them This complex consistently blasts your email account about food trucks but when its something important theyd rather just drop a letter on the door Thanks PromenadennDont be fooled by the fresh coat of paint on the outside of their buildings Their apartments arent very good looking on the inside And definitely dont fall for that model apartment Ask to see a real apartment that they have more ... hide ...

Moved here in the middle of December 2021nThe move in process was not difficult We liked the apartment when moving in we saw dead roaches I didnt think we were going to have a bug problem since I had never had one before I let the office know at the time Ana was working here she recently stopped working here I would say for about a month She had maintenance come as soon as We would let her know We had a problem in the apartment 3 months in into our lease the mail boxes got damaged Seems like they got pulled out 3 months later the mail boxes are still not fixed I dont have a car so I would go to the post office once every other week Since its been 23months the post office said they will not hold our mail anymore be returned to sender I was expecting VERY important mail i will not be receiving it I really dont think thats fair since We all pa our rent that is over 1700 I will not be receiving my sons birth certificate my two car titles OR my brothers letters which I have not seen in months since hes in training to fight for our freedomnI tried to at least place MY own mail on hold at the post office they told me that that was not possible since the address is from these apartmentsnso I went to the leasing office here was told You can go ahead get a PO Box but we well not reimburse you why would I Rent a PO Box when I already pay my rent here I should have a mail boxnAlso another problem they have is gun shots at night They even posted on our door a paper saying that the Thornton police department need our help because on June 17th around 2am there was multiple gun shots fired down the street on Mariposa St there were several vehicles buildings struck but thankfully no victimsnnThe bug problem isnt that bad We see a roach like once a month our apartment is clean if you let them know theyll send pest controlnnThis review couldve been a one star but the manager Elizabeth has been so generous to us like I said when we have a problem that requires maintenance theyre quick on it So helpful more ... hide ...
