A friend of mine rented here for a year lease He is in a National Guard Unit is a professional They ended their residence at Avana Eastlake he was told to drop his keys in the drop box Which he did and I know for a fact he did Now they are wanting to charge him 60 for losing the keys once he placed them in the Dropbox This is not a best practice for any ma

Cortland Covington Ridge has been an amazing place to live My husband I moved in a two months ago Apartments are nice spacious super clean not loud you dont hear your neighbors When I say spacious I mean it these apartments have the most sq ft then all the newer apartments in Thornton it took us a while to settle on what apartments we wanted but seeing how big their apartmentssq ft are it was an easy pick Theyre also in a nice calm neighborhood where only sometimes you hear the commotion of the firetruckscops passing by on the main street We love going to the pool hot tub especially when theyre open late year round Alsocontent with all the updates upgrades theyre doing to make the community even better Its good to see something happening getting done then to see a community get comfortable letting it fall apart We couldnt be happier being part of Cortland Covington Ridge Weve found everything weve wanted in a apartment

We somewhat enjoyed living here for the last 2 years The apt was nice but overpriced Good luck with the management though they will nickel and dime you for a lot of things The office workers are nice but the manager herself is a piece of work The amenities are low quality for what you pay Dont expect your hallways to be clean or for your trash to get picked

The living facilities themselves are decent the laundry less so Half of the washers are usually broken and there are sometimes people sleeping in them The office staff used to be better but a change in management last year has resulted in a less friendly and much less helpful staff Any complaints or issues get pushed to corporate and they say are out of thei
