This is perfect example I put this review down 7 months ago they contacted me and acted like they were going to help me and nothing happened again for at least the 4th time The apartment before this isnt just once in a while type thing it happens all the time I lived in another apartment for about 3 months no one cares Pool has not been opened since I lived here January 2021 I understand stand its cold this time but it was supose to be open during a movie night they had in July They cleaned it fill it up half way and kept it closed Website Cleary shows it as a amenity Plus good luck finding a parking spot Ridiculous you have to park on the other side of the complex away from your apt There is barley security Mailboxes are broken into at least once twice a week this 2 months Havent seen security in 3 weeks The only reason that I would say to stay here is if you been denied EVERY WHERE The only good workers are the lady and older guy who work maintenence Basically they tell you they are working on things to get done Ive been missing my closet doors since I switch apt Im may 2021 Measurement were taken at least 5 times I signed a new lease couldnt afford to move right now because of school This place is overpriced for what you have to deal with Some days laundromat isnt open when it supose to Really feels like the Tennats here are getting hustled You would think everything would get fixed around here since they get funding from the state more ... hide ...

Slum apartments at luxury pricesnI recently moved out of this dump after they raised the rent 200 When i asked why it was going up when nothing was updated all they could tell me was it was market valuenMy patio door has been an issue since day one and all they ever did was promise to replace it It never happened It was the original door from when they built the place The door was hard to open the screen never closed properly and it was extremely drafty Winter sucked in that place My heating bill was over 90 even when though i kept the heat at 64 and that wasnt by choicenMy patio would flood after it rained bc there were 2 down spouts right outside my gate In the winter it was an ice rink for the same reasonnThey always promised they were working on itnJust recently moved out and wanted to be there for the walk thorough Set a date and time and they never showed up I was in my lunch hour and couldnt wait all day And they rarely answer their phone or call back when you leave a messagenDont rent from them more ... hide ...

Nice place but the communication between staff has been terrible since new management took over We had our dog fee waived a year ago initially because our room wasnt even ready at the proper move in date about guess this would be a sign of things to come A year later were being heckled by a new leasing agent because our pet is not on the lease The maintenan 2022-05-28T02:32:12Z
Nice place but the communication between staff has been terrible since new management took over We had our dog fee waived a year ago initially because our room wasnt even ready at the proper move in date about guess this would be a sign of things to come A year later were being heckled by a new leasing agent because our pet is not on the lease The maintenance team never communicates with the repair contractors Recently had to schedule our AC getting fixed 3 separate occasions because they couldnt get on the same page Once we got a time scheduled I come back to my apartment and the AC has yet to be fixed and my apartment is filled with the contractors equipment I would not recommend this rental as after one year rent was significantly increased and new management seems to be trending this property towards being a low value rental more ... hide ...

Kurt was very nice and made a good effort at getting the dishwasher working more effectively This morning however the same problem existssome dishes that have been washed pretty much by hand still have food on them and theres a film on other things The dishwasher was less than half full As far as the refrigerator goes I was quite disappointedafter 3 years of 2021-07-23T18:42:51Z
Kurt was very nice and made a good effort at getting the dishwasher working more effectively This morning however the same problem existssome dishes that have been washed pretty much by hand still have food on them and theres a film on other things The dishwasher was less than half full As far as the refrigerator goes I was quite disappointedafter 3 years of the problem of things in the lower part freezing when the freezer is cold enough to keep things solid the answer is its 20 year old technology and unless it completely dies they wont replace it Weve been great tenants for 3 years and I felt an upgrade might be warranted Again Kurt was very nice and professional and did the best he couldno complaints about him at allnAside from this issue with kitchen appliances we find our experience with living here pretty darn great My husband and I moved here from living in a house in Southern Colorado to be nearer to grandchildren and the apartment itself is perfect for usthe layout allows plenty of living area and room for my art studio and the high ceilings and large windows are everything I love I wish the floors werent carpet because carpet always gets funky We overlook the ponds and are fascinated by the waterfowl yearround and especially all the babies every spring We use the pool quite a bit wish it was open year round and the addition of a huge number of trees this summer will make the landscaping even more beautiful The downsides for uspeople with pets who dont clean up and people who leave their trash out all weekend in violation of rules But for the most part neighbors are quiet and nice and the office staff and maintenance team are wonderful more ... hide ...
