Im unsure why people have so many negative things to say about this housing authority April the front desk receptionist is human like we all arewe have good days and badbut she does her job just like everyone else in the office does As far as jumoing through hoops to get housingits expected if housing was given up easily there would be alot of lazy people living on cheap to free rent and no housing left to give to people who really need itI see lots of people who procrastinate when giving housing like the people Im looking at right here in front of me who has a voucher and have been given multiple extensions to find housing have been late to every appointment including today And the housing specialist is still allowing them one more day to get their stuff togetherall In all this is a housing authority that helps as much as they are able to more ... hide ...

Worst apartment complex I have ever lived in The grounds and apartment itself were mostly fine Although being right by the light rail did unfortunately mean there were a lot of homeless around and I was frequently bothered and felt unsafe on the complex grounds when I would go walk my dog Men would yell at me from the bushes they lived in near the light rail 2022-05-19T16:59:39Z
Worst apartment complex I have ever lived in The grounds and apartment itself were mostly fine Although being right by the light rail did unfortunately mean there were a lot of homeless around and I was frequently bothered and felt unsafe on the complex grounds when I would go walk my dog Men would yell at me from the bushes they lived in near the light rail Not a friendly place for women to feel safe especially at nightnnIt was the office staff at this complex that made my experience living there truly terrible I lived there during the hight of the pandemic when just about everyone was under quarantine We had issues with our downstairs neighbors that complained I was being too loud when I was only walking around the apartment They would even hit their ceiling when I was just walking through the kitchen The office staff had zero compassion and didnt mediate the issues at all In fact after just a single notice posted on my door the threatened to evict us When I confronted them about it they backtracked and said they were not trying to evict us but I looked up the form they posted on my door and in the state of Colorado it is considered an eviction notice and stated if we dont quiet down they were going to make my husband and I homeless in the middle of a pandemic We simply could not be quieter At a time when everyone was stuck at home the staff of this apartment complex made me feel unwelcome and unprotected in my own homennWe moved out as soon as our lease was up AND paid the ridiculously high move out costs in full Now a year later a debt collector is calling me demanding I pay the unpaid move out costs from when we left Arvada Station Apartments I have bank records that prove I paid them via cashiers check and when I called the bank to verify I was told the check was never cashed I was told by the debt collector that Arvada Station had been sending mail regarding the missing payment to the apartment on their grounds they knew I no longer lived in No phone call or email which would have alerted me to a problem right away and it could have been resolved before negatively affecting my credit BTW my address had been officially updated as soon as I moved and Ive had no issues receiving mail from anyone elsennLeah the office manager at Arvada Station never bothered to call me back after I called her office and left her a message I just wanted to talk to her and verify the information the debt collector was telling me before I paid them and to confront her about the check I brought that was never cashed She sent me an email instead that addressed nothing and told me to call the collector and pay the debt Atrocious customer service they have no compassion and zero ability to properly resolve issues Do not throw away your money here its a terribly place to live more ... hide ...

I have lived here for about 7 months and this is my very first apartment by myself I have really enjoyed my time here so far and have had very little to complain about My apartment cost is reasonable all the utilities and such are also reasonable They do all their billing through an app which is easy and very convenient for myself It also allows me to keep t 2022-05-24T22:50:47Z
I have lived here for about 7 months and this is my very first apartment by myself I have really enjoyed my time here so far and have had very little to complain about My apartment cost is reasonable all the utilities and such are also reasonable They do all their billing through an app which is easy and very convenient for myself It also allows me to keep track of how much Ive paid each month with a breakdown of what Im paying for The leasing office staff are extremely friendly and have been very helpful in answering my questions and giving me almost immediate assistance Maintenance is very friendly as well and especially as a young girl living by myself have always been very helpful and handy with appliances and such My only thing and this is of no control to the apartment complex themselves is the area Its a tad bit sketchy and there are homeless people in the area It has never reached a point where I feel unsafe but its something to be aware of On a brighter note however the apartments owners are continually working on projects to make the complex more welcoming and friendly with pools dog parks etc i really do love living here and will continue to more ... hide ...

My boyfriend and I recently moved in 3 months ago and it was a little rocky at first but both Jaime and Caleb have been extremely responsive and I am already seeing changes They heard our complaints about people speeding and they brought in a speed trap We have brought up several complaints for noisy neighbors and this last weekend was so nice and quitenI se 2021-12-20T22:51:39Z
