Extremely frustrated and disappointed with the Autism Inpatient Unit My son was in crisis and even after my repeated urging that he was NOT ready for discharge he was discharged too soon and is back in crisis I was hopeful that since my son was just discharged in January that he would be able to go back quickly for another stay Unfortunately weve been kept waiting over 60 days There should be more facilities like this so this isnt the only option availablennI will say whole he was there staff was extremely nice and answered my multiple phone calls daily Everyone was professional and respectful However I know my child best and I knew he wasnt readynnEdited to add We had waited over 90 days in crisis It was obvious he was not going to get back in there We removed him from the waitlist I should have pushed harder and ascertained my rights for a better discharge plan My advice to anyone moving forward do just that more ... hide ...

This complex seems to me as the average layout of a small apartment complex in most Connecticut inner cities Upon first glance outside it doesnt appear to be very elegant but once you enter the apartments they seem to have been redone very modern Most have nice hardwood floors with a shiny finish The appliances are new as well as all the plumbing fixtures Un 2022-05-31T12:58:38Z
This complex seems to me as the average layout of a small apartment complex in most Connecticut inner cities Upon first glance outside it doesnt appear to be very elegant but once you enter the apartments they seem to have been redone very modern Most have nice hardwood floors with a shiny finish The appliances are new as well as all the plumbing fixtures Unfortunately we seem to run into the same problems as we do with most inner city apartment owners they do not seem to be in a rush to repair issues in the buildingsnLike this one for instance has a problem with leaky pipes Apparently some type of squirrelobviously the ones on steroidshave eaten through the pipes and caused a major leak into one of the apartments At least that was the report given by the property manager Now I didnt know that everyday tree squirrels had jaws like that to eat through a copper or lead pipe Furthermore I wasnt aware that either of the metals was on their diet At any rate I had to take my rating down because of it for an otherwise pretty decent 2 bedroom apartment building on the lower end of the income spectrum more ... hide ...

Its a nice area for the elderly close to downtown and the New Brite shopping plaza Only thing is that the person in charge is rude and hes barely ever in the office should something go wrong
