While the units in this building are nice the parking situation needs to be addressed by management According to the lease Parking is not provided by management although there is a parking lot attached to this building in which almost all of the residents park in at this time The first floor of the building is full of empty street level units for businesses 2021-06-01T21:45:11Z
While the units in this building are nice the parking situation needs to be addressed by management According to the lease Parking is not provided by management although there is a parking lot attached to this building in which almost all of the residents park in at this time The first floor of the building is full of empty street level units for businesses however IF those spaces are ever filled I foresee management not allowing residents to park in this lot for the benefit of customers If this does happen there will be ZERO parking for residents of this building and everybody is forced to park 2 blocks down the street in a paid parking garage Even with this parking lot available while there are no businesses there are nowhere enough spaces for the amount of people in this building with vehicles Not to mention there is now a large construction vehicle taking up more spaces in the lot that is already not big enough Space was reserved on this property during construction for a playground however when this space could have definitely been used for extra parking for residents This is a problem that almost every resident that Ive spoken with has had and managements only response is that we are able to pay a 25 monthly fee to park in the parking garage 2 blocks away Zero advocation or budge for the residents who are paying for this building more ... hide ...
