I have lived in the Westwood Park property for over 10 years now I can say that while the properties are adequately maintained the office staff have been horrible I no longer go to the office for anything in person and I avoid calling them for any reason unless absolutely necessary The level of harassment I have received from office staff is what has driv

I have lived in the Westwood Park property for over 10 years now I can say that while the properties are adequately maintained the office staff have been horrible I no longer go to the office for anything in person and I avoid calling them for any reason unless absolutely necessary The level of harassment I have received from office staff is what has driven me to this point At one point a home assistance worker from a state funded program forgot to park in the visitor parking lot and within about 10 or fifteen minutes office staff were knocking on my door They proceeded to hound my helper all the way to her car for a simply mistake and her apologizing the whole time They do not respect us as human beings here and if I had any other option for living elsewhere I would do it in a heartbeat The office staff are not pleasant or nice people a single pan with minimal left over ground beef from tacos for dinner the night before gets you threatened with eviction if they see it

Management and maintenance here are very corrupt make up fake repairs illegal entrance to apartments illegally going thru personal items illegally threatening me for complaining wrote me a made up lease violation and threatened me for complaining about valid issues here This is the worst place to live due to the property managers maintenance man and even when I have complained to the main corporate office they were very rude and nasty to me and made up lies to cover every complaint I made which were all real and valid I have been threatened acted illegally against They came in in the middle of the night to lock our windows instead of asking us or allowing us to lock them ourselves because it was cold outside They do many strange and corrupt things here and seem to get away with all of them I recommend contacting the police CT Legal Aid anywhere and complain about what is going on here Something needs to be done about what is going on here The property managers and maintenance have something seriously wrong with them I would seriously warn anyone not to live here I have never had to deal with something this insane in any apartment I have ever had before in my life Many illegal things going on here right now due to property manager Trying to get away with illegal actions
