Viewed an apartment in building E Upon entry the building smelled very strongly of urine Everything was poorly maintained Rotting wood on balconies Carpet looks like it has never been replaced The place was basically falling apart I would never expect such a poorly maintained disgusting property to be in this price point I would not recommend it to anyone

Renters BEWARE This is the most horrible place to live in Delaware You cant smoke OUTSIDE YES OUTSIDE You have to smoke INSIDE your apartment ONLY If you complain they will find a way to evict you The office manager Kim couldnt care less about the tenants She is mean and nasty EVERY SINGLE DAY You are better off living under a bridge
