So I put in a application and about 6 months later I got my phone call that I was next on the waiting list He did my background check and I was approved I had to go to office andverify my income Next step was for me to sign a lease and move in After a week I called to check statues and the property management tells me that the apartment complex isnt under East coat management any more and has been taking over by a new management called Chelsea management and they wont let him rent the apartment offered to me out now I would have to fill out a another application I did all my paperwork that needed to be done I was told that I could move in by a certain date but was lied to and I bought furniture for the apartment promised to me The new management is unprofessional and I met with the new management who was arrogant and didnt care about my inconvenience and the time I wasted Chelsea management the owners are from up north and look down on the low income from their attitudes The apartments rent went up and theyre no longer for 30 low income people It was tenants coming into the office afraid because the rent was going up It was a blessing I didnt sign a lease because I would never want to rent from people who are this classless and dont have integrity or respect for peoples time
