I really enjoyed living here The location was great with so many different places to go for walks close by Target and shoprite were both really close as well as the mallnnOf all the apartments Ive lived at this was my favorite I think a big part was the natural lighting in the apartment complex The staff was also really easy to talk to and I really respect that they walked through my apartment with me before I left A few weeks later they gave me my deposit back Ive had issues with past apartments coming up with bogus reasons to keep the deposit but I think everyone there is really honestnnThey also stay on top of reminding tenants the rules of the complex so everyone can enjoy the best environment possiblennThanks Village of Cantebury I loved my time living there more ... hide ...

My sister lived here and loved it She never complained about staff they were always very nice to her and understanding She never had any issues with the apartment if she needed something maintenance would come out I rarely heard my sisters neighbors she was on the 1st floor Her building was quiet only noise was my kids lolnMy ex boyfriend lived here also H 2022-07-18T13:23:18Z
My sister lived here and loved it She never complained about staff they were always very nice to her and understanding She never had any issues with the apartment if she needed something maintenance would come out I rarely heard my sisters neighbors she was on the 1st floor Her building was quiet only noise was my kids lolnMy ex boyfriend lived here also He didnt have any problems if he did maintenance was there which I dont remember them coming out but onceI forget what for but anywhere you live youll need maintenance I know we could hear neighbors as Im sure they could hear us but its an apartment it seems they try keep families in same building singles in anothernPaying for laundry was a hassle but better then nothing at allbe nice if they were in apartments Pool had pay for it also but looked cleaned and well taken care of Now I think they added a gym When my sister and ex bf left they were building a gym area Also playgrounds arent bad the one by office they updated we used it plus one on other side Nice little sitting area at back too with Picnic tables Nice little walk around the apartments I actually was going to move here years ago Close to 95 hospital MD I like this area I also like being close to everything as I live in this area more ... hide ...

This is senior subsidized housing but have been here two years and have no sense its a compromise All units were refurbished completely I was the first person to live in my unit 630 sq ft isnt huge but certainly comfortable All units are 1 BR eat in kitchen room off the kitchen that holds wd and I use for a pantry Large storage closet coat closet and BR 2020-07-23T00:53:16Z
