I stayed here for a year and was the worst decision Ive ever made When I first searched for apartments their ratings were far better than they are now which is very disappointing to seennThey were and probably still are short staffed in the office and with maintenance which added onto their downfallnnThe biggest problem I encountered during my stay was the lack of communication and service from the office when it came to problems with my apartment which were a lot It was impossible to reach anyone If you got a hold of someone over the phone you were either dismissed or forgotten because of the volume of complaints and maintenance requests from other tenants Email responses were also difficult as they wouldnt respond until a couple days later or after you send a follow up email If youre ok with it in order to get the staff to work with you youd have to show up at their door and speak with the manager and stay on them about your requestsnnOutside of the office staff the buildings were unkept Windows were out of frame and the caulking around the windows were so old and gross that water leaked through during days of rain The gutter along the building of where I stayed was hanging off the wall which made matters worse for rain and summer storms Some steps had railings and others did not The biggest hit for them were the AC systems Most if not all tenants had to get their AC replaced because it wasnt working or was damagednnThe area was also prone to vandalism My car was vandalized twice on their property which was it for me Had to get out of there Right now they are playing catch up with their upkeep in apartments Id pass on them and search for someplace better at the moment more ... hide ...

Me and my boyfriend did our application and we came into tour a unit MissDenise was so straight forward and I love that because when you are getting a place and your first one while being a young adult sometimes you can be lied to so much to get you to get the place Miss Janice and Miss Denise was both really friendly while interacting with them which matter 2022-05-15T11:10:01Z
Me and my boyfriend did our application and we came into tour a unit MissDenise was so straight forward and I love that because when you are getting a place and your first one while being a young adult sometimes you can be lied to so much to get you to get the place Miss Janice and Miss Denise was both really friendly while interacting with them which matters to me because you want to be somewhere that has nice straightforward staff The neighborhood looked nice no trash all by the dumpsters which was a plus They allow you to kinda make the place your own she expressed we are able to paint only downside for my boyfriend was he wanted a dog but we have a son otw so really dont need a dog anyway looking forward to moving in in July I just hope we love our apartment as much as we loved everything more ... hide ...

Moved in October 2020 lived here for 10 months and this was a great development for me as this was the first ever apartment complex I moved tonnThe worst things I can say are that the buildings are on the older side and occasionally you can hear your neighbors but thats honestly itnnThe people of this community generally keep to themselves and are mindful of one another as they go about their daily business the units themselves are spacious and well maintained and most importantly the property manager Danielle is a very agreeable person to work withnnShe walked me through the process of finding a unit moving in addressing any service requests and moving out with warmth and professionalismnnFor my unit she had new appliances installed even though I was originally only a 6 month lease signer brand new carpet and updated kitchen floorscounters She hosted little events and challenges every now and then I won a few she released monthly bulletins summarizing the news of the property and if ever theres a moment where she has it in her power to make your life easier she will do itnnA lesser property manager would have made me think twice about applying here but Danielle made me feel assured the entire time that I was getting a fair deal for my money For the location and space of these units Cedarwood is a very solid choice I had to leave to move closer to work but Im definitely glad I chose this community for the past 10 months more ... hide ...

Frequent sustained hot water outages are 100 unacceptable in 2022 Especially for an apartment complex charging 10001400mo per room Ive lived in older apartment complexes that charged 580mo to 700mo and cant recall a single incident of more than a few hours without access to hot water These people genuinely do not care and they drag their feet as much as poss 2022-05-08T21:53:55Z
