As a long time resident of the Summit of St Martins I can truly say that I love this property The Manager Office Staff and Maintenance crew take great care of this property and its residents Everyone is treated with respect even the children We have monthly events that are family oriented and enjoyed by many residents If you are dependent on public transport

As a long time resident of the Summit of St Martins I can truly say that I love this property The Manager Office Staff and Maintenance crew take great care of this property and its residents Everyone is treated with respect even the children We have monthly events that are family oriented and enjoyed by many residents If you are dependent on public transportation this is a great location You have access to multiple bus lines and subway stations You are in walking distance of many churches entertainment venues shopping and a park and exercise track There are many schools within close proximity to the building also This property boasts of an exercise room and a community room in which you can host events for family and friends Our outdoor open spaces are great for catching some sun and fresh air or letting the children have space to express themselves There are so many great things that you will find available to you if you choose to become a resident of the Summit of St Martins Hope you will

You dont want to stay here Im in my unit right now it is below 20 outside and I cant even call maintenance and get emergency maintenance because they change the number so all you get is some machine telling you if you know the extension dial it and Im not used to that so now me and my children are in our unit freezing cold they have not brought any heaters t

You dont want to stay here Im in my unit right now it is below 20 outside and I cant even call maintenance and get emergency maintenance because they change the number so all you get is some machine telling you if you know the extension dial it and Im not used to that so now me and my children are in our unit freezing cold they have not brought any heaters to my unit and I told them two weeks ago that my heat was not working I swear I cannot wait till I leave this place I lived here as a kid and it wasnt this bad but as an adult coming back here its been the worst experience you can have

I was a resident of the Grays for a few years However after the building switched over from Bozzuto to Kettler is when I started having issues Granted beforehand it wasnt perfect Kettler does not prioritize this place at all They treat the building and residents live the bottom of the barrel compared to their luxury apartments Kettler management refuses to g

I was a resident of the Grays for a few years However after the building switched over from Bozzuto to Kettler is when I started having issues Granted beforehand it wasnt perfect Kettler does not prioritize this place at all They treat the building and residents live the bottom of the barrel compared to their luxury apartments Kettler management refuses to give the building security because its not in the budget unlike their luxury building per the Regional Property Manager Due to the lack of security there have been multiple instances of homeless and druggies found sound asleep in the lobby and stairwells which is a huge safety concern They have not addressed this at all Also my packages and so have most of the neighbors have had multiple packages stolen from these intruders even if they were in the leasing officeYES they have broken into the leasing office and stolen our packages Most of the Assistant Property managers have been amazing with what they are given Its not their fault the company doesnt listen to our concerns
