If i could rate in the negatives this apartment would be the lowest of the low This was the absolute worst apartment I have ever seen in my life If I had the time to look around I definitely would have The management team is unprofessional unresponsive rude and need to be replaced I honestly hope that with all of the construction going on around DC this is one of the places they demolish They have rodent problems bug problems and the buildings are poorly designed The rodents own the place and you just have to be okay with it Maintenance dont care about whether your issues are taken care of or not because they get paid either way Management lie about everything parking is horrible and they have their priorities completely screwed up I honestly hope these buildings get torn down because people should not be subject to the living conditions that these apartments sadly provide Do not rent here Take your money elsewhere because once you move in they will ignore you

DONT COME HERE DONT MOVE HERE MANAGEMENT HERE CHANGES LIKE YOU CHANGE UNDERWARE AND TO MAKE IT WORSE THEY ALL SUCKED EXCEPT FOR MSWELCH RIP This current rental office had us up late nights and early mornings packing with anticipation of moving upstairs so renervations for moisture could be executed this morning the person in the rental office informs us that the head of the project was not available today and we will be moving tomorrow morningand instead of the project taking 35 weeks as sent out in a memo and repeated verbal exchanges it may take up to 25 daysI cant stand incompetent people people with no common sense people who wanna be the leader and dont hold the mental capacity to get the right information to spread the the massesThis is such an inconvenience and annoyance and some other emotions i dare not speak because black is beautiful but she need to do better
