I currently live here and theres always something broken or leakingYou would think they would try to be a little more accommodating or caring when it comes to high risk childrennope not at allall they want to do is inconvenience my familyIve been dealing with an ongoing issue in my kitchen for sometime now probably about two years give or takeit leaks sometimes to the point where its destroyed my food and damaged some of my appliances They have been made aware of this issue several times but instead of doing the work to actually fix the problem a bandaid has just been put over itAfter all this time during this pandemic is when they tell me to let them know when its a good time to get my children out during this pandemic to fix a the leaky roof FINALLYonly problem istheres no place for my family to gopeople are still worried and being precautious by still social distancingmy family includedso where can we go We were asked to remain upstairs if we do stay in the house during the time the contractor is in the kitchen fixing the leak situation but thats where the food iswithout knowing how long the contractor will need to fix the problemhow will my kids eat i dont have extra money to go out and buy take out so I would need to cook for them to eati tried to work around that by telling the rental office that at times I would have to come downstairs to make food for my kids but there was an issue there bc the contractor wants to keep his distance during this pandemic so it poses a problemon top of the fact that one of my sons has upper respiratory issues and Im not sure that the chemicals wont affect him Also maintenance has been working on the toilet for two weeks That means we cant use the bathroom downstairsI didnt even know that they didnt fix it I found out a plumber was coming out when I went to address the messy job that had been doneWhen I say inconsiderate and carelessI wish it was something more I could do without causing trouble because Im between a rock and a hard placeif you want to know the upside they do a lot of landscaping so the grass is always cutI said itso much for affordable housing
