These apartments have no structure professionalism nor cleanliness I moved in earlier this year my unit was a rush job as far as they doing whats needed before moving in Everyday since the day I moved in Im calling about something broke or needs to be fixed The walls are so thin I can hear the unit above me turning Netflix on their tv I reported but they do 2021-12-09T15:56:46Z
These apartments have no structure professionalism nor cleanliness I moved in earlier this year my unit was a rush job as far as they doing whats needed before moving in Everyday since the day I moved in Im calling about something broke or needs to be fixed The walls are so thin I can hear the unit above me turning Netflix on their tv I reported but they do nothing about it These apartments are infested with mice roaches I keep my unit clean and organized but that doesnt make a difference Bombing doesnt help because it runs to the next unit then comes back I also asked for hardwood floor via the website you have a optional choice of hardwood floor or carpet but never mentions a 30 extra fee until you receive your lease The parking lot claims you need to have a parking permit but have all types of people just parking there Marvin is the upmost disrespectful Messy person I have met thus far and I will be going above to report him In Addition why have a key to the building door if theres a public code that everyone uses to get into the building causing extra traffic and problems to the people who actually lives here Its cheap but its the worth the money I highly recommend not to live in these apartments more ... hide ...

Hello my is Renada Charles and I was once a resident at manor village Im currently in the position of taking them to court for discrimination and foul for a lawsuit I was an abandoned woman in my own home along with an old ex of minds who was abusing me Manor Village had a court order from the Judge to take me off lease doing my stay and they didnt comply with the order Also I took them an temporary stay away order for my ex to stay 100 feet away I bought me a new lock for the door because my ex kick in the door and broke the locks and had Manor Village Maintenance come and fix the locks took Manor Village the extra keys and they gave my ex keys too meaning they didnt comply with the stay away order neither I was beating that day and tooken to the hospital because of Manor Village Had to go into Crime Victims Compensation Program had to resign from my job and now Im currently Homeless because of there selfish way of thinking I owe them money for rent but that really isnt the case Im not very happy at this moment unstable emotionally stress because Im trying to get my own apartment and Manor Village is hendering me because they where money hungry I will do everything and anything I have to do in order to receive Justice Im 29 years old I have no children and I work Im independent reliable and stay to myself Also I called police and made complaint about the break in that had staying with Manor Village Yes two boys broke into my unit and as far as Im concern a neighbor had the same problem Not a really cool place to live more ... hide ...

I am a currently resident that this property Ive only been at this property for a year Since moving in my car was broken into twice My oven make explosion noise everytime I turn it on This problem have been going on since I moved in At first there wasnt anyone in the leasing office to report it too Then after informing someone about this in the summer when the office was staff No one came out to check the issue A fews weeks ago I mentioned it again to the property manager She told that this normal an it happen to her at her apartment as well Every time I attempt to us my oven my entire apartment smells like gas The gas smell is so strong have to open the patio door to air out my apartment My bathroom counter top wasnt completely finished when I moved in Anything that I place on my countertop will stick on to it Like my toothbrush holder and my soap dispenser The counter is still sticking to everything Be careful if you decide to move in to these apartments Your car might be vandalized and your appliances may explode more ... hide ...
