I have lived on the property with my mom and siblings for over 17 years and now with my 3 yo son Once I turned 18 and had to go over to report income sign lease during recert periods is when I became more aware on the mismanagement of the property Originally we had carpet and a few years ago they divided to have them pulled They opted for a easier cheaper vinyl flooring They painted before they pulled the carpet so it is visible where the old base boards were as oppose to the current ones Also our ceiling in the living room areadining room fell in twice almost a year apart maintenance claimed over flow of water from out of but played part ultimately trying to place blame on tenants Most recently was this past spring we had a leak to the point it looked like it was raining in the house They got a contractor to come in they cut out what was left in the ceiling that hadnt already come down long story short the problem was not the bathtub but the toilet I had concerns about mold but they thought otherwise Anyway I just feel like they get away with being lazy I dont care if it is SUBSIDIZED everyone deserves to live comfortably where they PAY and maintenance issues should be handled efficiently Another incident that has happened recently our refrigerator went out over the summer instead of spending 300400 to replace the refrigerator they went and gave us an old dirty refrigerator from theyre work room Our rent has gone up for the second time this year 2000mo for WHAT For maintenance to not do theyre job For the office staff to give you attitude when you come in the office They are trying so hard to push us out of our communities as we speak this has to stop
