Absolutely horrid customer service I have visited the complex on many occasions with zero problems front desk staff during the day and in the morning have been very professional and kind On the evening of 3202022 around 78pm I interacted with the young woman staffing the front desk I needed to pick up keys for an apartment I was cat sitting at I had been cat sitting for several days picking up the keys giving ID and then dropping them off no problemnnShe mumbled the entirety of our conversation barely acknowledged my presence and then refused to give me the keys because my name wasnt on the guest list Despite the fact that I provided my ID and my name was on the spare key pouch which was holding the keys I sat for 10 minutes waiting and then found her watching television on her phonennI asked her if she was waiting on a call to a supervisor to rectify the problem She got an attitude and told me she cannot let just anybody in and their was nothing she could do I immediately called the pet owner I was sitting for who tried calling the front desk But this front desk receptionist refused to pick up the phone Then I gave her the owners number and asked if she could call since it was a number linked to the owners rental accountnnThe receptionist said their was no need she can get the owners number from the account She called the owner the owner gave her approval yet again and then she gave me the key She did not look at me or acknowledge me and did not again when I returned it Ive dealt with dozens of concierges in DC the good ones dont do the bare minimum with a horrible attitudennThe entire ordeal could have been rectified if the receptionist had simply called the owner on the account which she had access to and then asked for the permission Or she could have looked at my name on the manila pouch with the key on it and then crossreferenced the name on my ID Instead she turned it into a 30 minute ordeal more ... hide ...

Theres really nothing bad to say about it no I just lied they will tell you that you not allowed to park in the parking lot for your vehicle will get towed but yet my car has so many things and scratches from other cars parking close to me in parking spaces that were not a parking space someone hit my back bumper and cracked it so no you have to be careful t 2021-04-07T00:13:20Z
Theres really nothing bad to say about it no I just lied they will tell you that you not allowed to park in the parking lot for your vehicle will get towed but yet my car has so many things and scratches from other cars parking close to me in parking spaces that were not a parking space someone hit my back bumper and cracked it so no you have to be careful talking there because a lot of those cars park there does not have a parking sticker and they pop their freely with no problem the people going to run off with tell you so I say will lie to you and say they have someone driving around checking all the parking lots out but thats a lie now they keep the property clean its just the trifling people that lives on the property is the ones that keeps it dirty so if anyone complain about roaches rats mices or whatever again the people themselves that live on the property or trifling and nasty and dirty more ... hide ...
