I would not recommend moving here My biggest issues were parking loud neighbors poor management and like many other reviews stated the trash situation My girlfriend and I lived here for about 8 months before breaking our lease Thankfully we left before they were able to raise our rent I work late and Id never be able to find parking after work Id either have 2022-07-31T20:33:26Z
I would not recommend moving here My biggest issues were parking loud neighbors poor management and like many other reviews stated the trash situation My girlfriend and I lived here for about 8 months before breaking our lease Thankfully we left before they were able to raise our rent I work late and Id never be able to find parking after work Id either have to take my chances parking against a curb or park across the complex having to walk 510 minutes to get to my apartment My girlfriends car was almost totaled parked against a curb causing thousands of in damage hit and run Management is a mess Everyone gave us a different answer and reaching them on the phone is close to impossible Some staff is nice but others are very rude and become argumentative or defensive Our neighbors were as loud as can be and had multiple dogs that theyd leave alone all day causing them to bark nonstop The trash situation is disgusting Its almost like people would throw their garbage as hard as the could against the dumpster causing it to explode all over the place Raccoons and rats everywhere Not worth it more ... hide ...

Just had to specifically write a review to say Jake is absolutely great He made the move in process easy and stressfree for us He would always answer our questions right away and help us as much as possible Very friendly and helpful As for the complex we have felt safe our maintenance requests are promptly fulfilled and the area is wellkept

This place is ridiculous I thought old management was bad the new team is worse We have been under construction for over 3 years The elevator barely works Living on the 4th floor with no elevator is not fun They renovated the inside with the worst contractors available They dont even paint over the patched walls from change light fixtures or where they too 2022-05-22T19:01:12Z
This place is ridiculous I thought old management was bad the new team is worse We have been under construction for over 3 years The elevator barely works Living on the 4th floor with no elevator is not fun They renovated the inside with the worst contractors available They dont even paint over the patched walls from change light fixtures or where they took out old counter tops They just leave it badly painted over or not painted the same color The manager will just yes you or be condescending when she talks to you They are increasing rent like everywhere else by 500 or so I had so much dust in my vent it was gross I cant change my own filters so you have to ask them to do it but its locked in an outside storage with a rusted water heater The parking is terrible Forget having guest over God for bid it rains because the steps get wet And the elevator doesnt work so you have to take the stairs I have slipped so has my daughter and a friend We have Senior Citizens on my floor and its highly dangerous for them to walk the stairs that are not coated and get slick from the rain because they dont direct the rain elsewhere but on the stairs The maintenance team is the only positive part of the team here They are constantly busy but professional and caring The location and pool is all the have going for this place more ... hide ...

Most apartment complexes in the area offers the same amenities and quality of apartment to a general degree However what distinguishes this community is the staff The same friendly management team that sells you on the property is the same friendly staff throughout your stay here EVERY experience and interaction I have had with management has been positive No apartment complex is free of all issues and that should never be your expectation but when minor issues do arise management works diligently to resolve themnnThe front office team is only one piece of what makes this place great Another bright spot is the exemplary maintenance team At the time of writing this 450pm I put in a maintenance request approximately one hour ago Alex the maintenance man is in my apartment resolving my issue this very moment That is only one example of the kind of quality service we get here Alex has handled many of our maintenance requests over the past year and he has always been fast respectful of our house rules while being in our apartment and courteous The guy really is a credit to CortlandnnLastly the final piece of what has made this place such a great place to live is the community Should you choose to live here you would be doing yourself a disservice if you didnt take the time to meet your neighbors The people here are all friendly We have a 3yearold daughter who we take on walks around the neighborhood Everyone is friendly and always talks to her if you are looking for a community thats what this place is Rating this place 5 stars doesnt do this place justice more ... hide ...

As a residence of the houses of Boynton place circle I should be able to have access to the club house in the front but this place is split like some sort of hierarchy This place is overpriced for what you get and there is no real benefit to moving here Its a shame honestly
