This apartment management is a joke I found and applied to this place solely because its supposedly brand new Well Ive been living here for about 6 months and it has been hell First of all theres no sound proofing none what so ever I can hear every step my neighbors take My shower leaks for at least 10mins after shower But they told me its normal My air cond

This apartment management is a joke I found and applied to this place solely because its supposedly brand new Well Ive been living here for about 6 months and it has been hell First of all theres no sound proofing none what so ever I can hear every step my neighbors take My shower leaks for at least 10mins after shower But they told me its normal My air conditioning filter was full of mold They told me I had to go get the new replacement filter myself Speaking of air conditioning its been making this weird vibration noise I complained and they took forever to come and check it out After weeks they told me its normal and theres nothing they can do So basically Im paying them to do nothing I havent had a good nights sleep in a long while I have to take sleeping pills in order to fall asleep This issue has affected me mentally Management just doesnt care I dont know where theses 5 star reviews are from They must payhire their friendsfamilywhoever to post them I cant wait to move out

Very dirty My moms building has a had a broken light and door that has been broken for over a year and no one will fix it Office staff has changed a million times and they seem to be getting worse They are super rude and never answer the phone One of the maintenance guys is Extremely rude and never seems to want to work Apartments have really bad mold leaki

Very dirty My moms building has a had a broken light and door that has been broken for over a year and no one will fix it Office staff has changed a million times and they seem to be getting worse They are super rude and never answer the phone One of the maintenance guys is Extremely rude and never seems to want to work Apartments have really bad mold leaking AC units and like i said no one fixes anything and when you approach the office staff they look at you like you have three heads and treat you very poorly Its very sad because many seniors with disabilities and families with small children live there I see a law suit coming soon if they keep it Rent keeps going up and no changes happen
