This is a very nice and quiet condominium community The head of the office Colette is extremely friendly and very helpful the maintenance man on property is also very friendly and helpful We were renting a condominium from a private owner Had lived there for 5 years The owner sold the condominium to Deloris Smith so she became our new landlord This woman is so rude and nasty that it is beyond anything Ive ever experienced when renting a property If you by chance are looking to rent unit I 126 and you find out your landlord is Deloris Smith I recommend you look someplace else If we had still been under the supervision of the prior owner we most likely would have stayed However after meeting the new owner and finding out how completely nasty she is we decided that this was not the place for us anymore However if youre looking to buy or rent from a different person this is a great place to live Its very conveniently located They keep the property up Nice They have cameras to watch over the parking lots Youre close to grocery stores Dunedin Clearwater banks hospitals doctors etc Its just right in the middle of everything Its a great location more ... hide ...
