Dont ever work here You are not cared about Management cares about the almighty nThe Property Manager does not know how to treat employees A few quit because of her rudeness and inability to work together as a team Shes a bully and upper Management within the Company does not care as they dont treat their employees fairly They do not tell the truth and they make up whatever they want to get you out This Company is very unprofessional Human Resources is not available they dont want to hear from you even though they claim to I was prohibited by the Property Manager to speak to anyone above her if there was any issues including with her I had to only speak to her There was many occasions and emails in regards to an apartment that is a literal Hoard situation The Property Manager is very aware of the situation but has done nothing to correct it no 7 day notice to resident Its a major fire hazard I suggested many times about conducting inspections to make sure smoke detectors are working and to check on condition of apartments also ignored I had residents that requested to speak to Management to give a nice review for me for the service I gave them to the Property Manager She didnt want to hear it she didnt care Upper Management is also aware of certain residents and on going issues but does zero to address anything Not only was I doing the job I was hired for but I was also doing the Leasing agent position since she quit the same week I started Never appreciated I really enjoyed the residents and my actual job I was hired to do If you plan on working for this company be forewarned Its not going to be what you think it is And you will be treated poorly by the Property Manager and upper Management There is no communication and youll be kept in the dark more ... hide ...

Was recently searching for an apartment in the Clearwater area I came across this place thru the apartment finder website sent my information over as I was interested I received a call back from Adam During the conversation as I continued to ask questions his attitudeenergy changed towards it I got the sense that he was profilingdiscriminating against me He seemed to doubt that I could afford the rent asked several times if I would be able to handle that and afford that much which I found quite disrespectful because I had clearly stated that I made more than enough to qualify according to their standards I asked 3 times if I could have the application how to apply and each time the response was I dont know if you can afford that or not its a lot theres no point in filling out the application if you cant afford it After I told him yet again that YES I CAN AFFORD THAT ANDNI MAKE ENOUGH TO QUALIFY FOR IT He told me he would email me the application AND NEVER DID Adam racially profiled and discriminated against me during our conversation and I would not recommend any place that operates that in that manner Totally disgusting more ... hide ...

Ive lived here the past 2 years and have really enjoyed it Would stay longer but my job is moving me The good management shows here Very wellkept landscaping buildings are well maintained security and nice pools Peaceful oasis in Largo Cant get much more simple and affordable living than here in the Tampa Bay area Residents take pride in the community here

Your more on your own the only thing is that the staff wont allow you to cook or use you own crackpot because they fear you might burn down the place or cause an accident by burning your food even if you have lived on your own before thats the only thing but they do some other activities too
