Living at Westminster Asbury Cocoa has been stressful and a safety quagmire for residents As of this date Westminster corporate is renovating buildings and installing carpet in areas that should be covered in vinyl not carpet Management does not seem to be concerned that they are creating a hazardous situation for residents who have to use assistance for mob 2022-07-06T18:45:34Z

This apartment complex seems to always be full and apartments do not stay vacant very long here since New Management and new owners theyve remodeled the units and the grounds are clean light bulbs are maintained out on the property to give good lighting at night time yeah about the only thing that I can say is property manager needs help with a couple of more maintenance people to be able to address maintenance issues a little bit more efficiently other than that they stay packed and people dont leave very quickly nice place to rent quiet clean friendly reasonable the true meaning of affordable more ... hide ...

I would give it a zero The Roaches are aweful thank god my lease is up in April They do not want to get up and let the pest control handle there business as I was told at move in they have it every month This is floor I just had cleaned that was never cleaned and tile is messed up and have told by written notesn16900 tot get the floors cleanednThe worst Whe 2022-07-22T20:51:42Z
