I lived here Cocoa Housing Authority for Three years and it was the best experience for me and my family great community clean and very pretty Apts I appreciate very much all the help I received for me and my children from Linda Elmore Cynthia and Cristina very professional ladiescaring and hard workers Thank you for all the services God Bless you all

Overall I really love this place Ive had to go outside and ask people to turn down their car music a couple times but otherwise no complaints Affordable and close to everything Great screened in balconies off the back

NOT WORTH IT IF I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS I WOULD The management team is extremely rude when you ask them to come fix things The walls are paper thin you can hear you can hear everyone Only stayed here because i had to if i would have known this I wouldnt have stayed here Its not really worth the cheap rates they go up 50 every year I hear that from my neig 2018-01-22T14:32:38Z
