The only reason i gave this place a star is because of the price First dont ever rent an apartment without checking it out first Moving to that place last year was a big mistake The apartment was infested with rats n roaches Even after a year we still cant get rid of all of them You can hear everything peoples footsteps arguments music everything Everything inside is cheap I was surprised when I accidentally splashed water on the wall and saw that it left a stain thats how cheap the paint is Im moving out cause my lease is due and im sick and tired of sharing my things with rats and roaches But Im angry that i have to look for another place so soon after I just move which means I have to move somewhere further from my mom They only have one big garbage disposal so u have to walk or drive there Its gated with no security cause the gate is always open 98 of the tenants are Haitians thats probably why that place is still there You can tell the staff dont give damn about the tenants So if you decided to move there you cant say I didnt warned you Be careful when renting more ... hide ...

The pool is so dirty when they come to clean it they dont Evan do that it is dirty and there is mole around the pool and the walls are dirty

My mom lived at Harboursedge for 10 years until her passing 5 months ago Everything and everyone was wonderful My mother was on the welcoming committee making sure the newbies could adjust easily I went with her to book club meetings bingo which actually was fun and many events in their beautiful auditorium Very high end residents from all over the country T 2022-04-16T14:28:59Z
