I just called and they told me they are not taking applications but their website says they arennAnd the lady who answered the phone was very short with me and did not even attempt to point me in a direction where I might find helpnnWhy are these people answering the phone if they dont offer assistance to people in the community

This place is not perfect but I have thoroughly enjoyed living here There are issues and delays that suck at times but with all things considered they have only been minor The service team does the best they can with who they have I have been helped by each one of them and understand that some things are out of their controlnnAs for the front office I have worked with several of them on many occasions and I have no complaints Id like to especially highlight the service efforts from Matthew He has helped me on several occasions in regards to finding a place here and renewing my lease I have lived in the apartments and most recently moved to the beautiful and spacious townhouses all thanks to Matthew helping me find a unit and helping with the leasing process Matt even helped me out on one of the first weeks after moving into the townhomes when my alarm went off and I hadnt setup the code yet Matt helped out and fixed the issue at a time where everything was closed and the service guys could not helpnnI personally recommend this place and suggest scheduling a tour with Matt if he is availablennT

It was fine until they decided to raise my rent about 700 a month after living here for 2 years My unit is now being priced the same as the lease renewal price they gave me so no rewards for being loyal and paying rent on time every month Oh they now want to charge a 30 smart amenity fee for installing smart rent something nobody asked for Also theyre joinin

I lived at Delray Bay for eight years I was never late with my rent never caused a problem and reported any suspicious activity to the office immediately I was always the first person to recommend Delray Bay to anyone looking to rent The turnover of management is constant and the caliber of occupants has in my opinion gone down to a Section 8 level There

I lived at Delray Bay for eight years I was never late with my rent never caused a problem and reported any suspicious activity to the office immediately I was always the first person to recommend Delray Bay to anyone looking to rent The turnover of management is constant and the caliber of occupants has in my opinion gone down to a Section 8 level There were MANY car break ins and the surveillance signs are a joke Outsiders utilize the pool and gym facilities and the gates didnt work for the entire time we lived there If you live by the canal get ready for mosquitoes and if you live in certain units get ready for the train noise Hidden fees are constantly added to your rent and trash fees are increased due to the fact that non resident contractors use the trash compactor to dispose of their trash The units are old and the location is CERTAINLY not even close to Market Value Even though the website lists full size washer and dryers in all apartments it isnt so in one bedroom units The only positive is the maintenance staff which also changes constantly An increase of over 600 a month is ridiculous My advice is STAY AWAY
