This place have went down from when I first move here The office never answerers the phone the office always lock I went over 3 months with holes in my kitchen due to a gas leak Im currently having issues renewing my lease They asking for information that normally dont ask for I feel that Im being treated differently I will be moving soon as my lease is up Y 2022-06-01T16:23:21Z

My daughter recently applied in December 2021 after paying the application fee about 10 days later came and email for her Id verify January 2022 my daughter contact Art Craft the corporate office and which they stated she had 24 HOURS TO COMPLETE THE ID VERIFY YET IN THE EMAIL CAME NO INSTRUCTIONS NO TIME FRAME OR WHATS NEXT AFTER SHE SUBMIT SO CORPORATE HAD 2022-02-01T10:28:30Z

Great place to live Quiet and family friendly staff is very polite and they do events as a community that make living here even more great You may here other neighbors but overall its very quiet and very well kept up They also have a great daycare next to the office that offer discounts to residents Very happy I live here as far as roaches go yo see them eve 2018-06-27T08:53:45Z

I love living here Ive been here a little over 6 months and havent had any issues at all Maintenance comes right away the office team is always super helpful and the neighborhood is always quiet I plan to live her for a few years Such a great community Not to mention it loveeee my apartment its huge and has everything I need
