I have been a tenant for almost 4 years and as of August 2022 I contacted Angela Jones at the Gainesville Housing Authority regarding my AC not working and now the heat is not working either and legally this should of been fixed within 7 days of me reporting this issue but instead i have been lied to and pushed to the side and im done being nice i have been 2022-10-07T15:56:25Z
I have been a tenant for almost 4 years and as of August 2022 I contacted Angela Jones at the Gainesville Housing Authority regarding my AC not working and now the heat is not working either and legally this should of been fixed within 7 days of me reporting this issue but instead i have been lied to and pushed to the side and im done being nice i have been more than fair I have two children in the home and have paid rent on time since i have been here Yesterday on October 6th 2022 i was brought a 3 day notice for payment but amazingly they were prompt to come to my door for payment but not to fix my AC and heat as stated in my agreement This is a lawsuit and i will be following up with my lawyer more ... hide ...
