I just recently left Ridgemar Commons I use to live there and work there as well I only left because I got a promotion at another company and it was by far the hardest job to leave Not only is it a beautiful and friendly community it really gives you that family feel Obviously I am bias towards the staff but the residents are also so friendly If you need a job or a place to live you can find both right there at Ridgemar Commons I have to go in here and make an edit because I noticed some one star reviews Please be cautious when you read these one star reviews Some will give you a one star because their applications get denied Current residents will give one star and claim to have all these issues and when you try to address the issues like pests with regular preventive pest control they never give you permission to enter and make up excuses Some leave bad reviews because they dont like the answer you give them no matter the fact that staff is bound by policies Some places do have awful service and there is no denying that but I can tell you that Ridgemar Commons prides themselves on excellent customer service and taking care of the residents and future residents

Actually Im giving you all a review because I have been trying to help some friends find a place to live However after they went there and tried to get information from the manager they told me the manager there was very rude and disrespectful I know several people that live there now and after the people I sent there told me how rude this manager was I had start asking questions after talking to the people I know there I would never recommend this place My only recommendation would be for the ones there to get out before the manager kills them all If she doesnt want to take the time to deal with and talk to older people why is she at an apartment for people 55 and older Both sets of people I sent to check out the place told me she told them she didnt have time for them and they could go to the website and get their application or information Does she not realize many older people dont know a thing about computers They need a manager here that wants to with people or should I say older people and respect them
