I moved in about a week ago the ladies in the office were helpful and were able to work with me Paola Yarisday they were issues when I moved in to the apartment with maintenance The issue were fixed but the apartment should have been ready no exceptions I will say the kitchen needs to be a updated Overall everything turn out to be smoothly hopefully in the 2021-12-01T02:37:47Z

Very happy and pleased with new management There has been a major difference in the cleanliness of the building Previous manager was lazy office always closed not friendly New personnel waves says hi and seems to truly care for the residents Super happy AND THE OFFICE IS ALWAYS OPEN DURING BUSINESS HOURS

Absolute worst place I have ever lived Im not one to make a review but this place has been a complete nightmare for me and my wife When your new to the property they promise you so many nice things and when you sign the lease they act like they never told you anything Apartment concerns or complaints will take weeks to get taken care of if you dont consistently call them and not to mention they hardly ever answer the office phones to begin with They have lost and misplaced rent checks of mine and have sent me letters saying Im past due Ive been to the office one hour before close and the the doors were already locked and the guy behind the door would not come to me to answer a simple question The security is pointless People have broken into cars here and stolen things from my balcony not to mention the entrance gates havent been working For over 2 years I can go on but its not worth it Look Elsewhere more ... hide ...

I have been living here for many years and Im very pleased to continue Its in a convenient location with shopping centers close by grocery stores schools the hospital post office and most importantly the turnpike They installed a new playground which was much needed Each building has a whole parking lot which is nice because many places are limited with parking The recent renovations have been amazing Everything was changed Brand new windows toilets tubs and countertopsnThere are a few downsides the laundry room is very small and sometimes you cant wash clothes because people leave there clothes and forget about it for hours Although there is a hookup in each apartment the closets are rather smallnThere have been issues with roaches but its decreased a lot because they now do monthly pest control inspections They also change with AC filter every month as wellnOverall a good place to live more ... hide ...

I have been a resident for some time now I use to be happy with management and maintenance but as of this last year I am extremely disappointed in this propertys service Necessary maintenance service calls are not being fulfilled at an adequate time and management makes you feel like you are bothering them Wish I had money to move
