Please read before considering moving to this placenI lived in this apartment for 3 years The first 2 years were perfect Everyone was nice and everything was clean After the 2nd year there was a significant mold problem in not only my unit but multiple others Ivy the property manager seemed disinterested and bothered every time I brought up this issue Someone smashed my car window and ivy didnt save the video cause she didnt think I needed it Your packages will get stolen straight from your doorstep They get mad when you put a doorbell camera up for your safety The gym is never open or able to be used same with the pool Everything about this place is terrible Save your time and money and go somewhere else Ivy and her boss are unprofessional and dont take any accountability for anything Dont even try calling corporate because they will hang up on you and run you in circles more ... hide ...

I have had so much experience with La Joya My Air Conditioner always breaks down once a Month ask to get it fixed the will wait 3 to 4 days before anything gets fixed and the worst part they wait until I leave my apartment in the evening to work at 530pm before they let themselves in to work be mindful im home all day and the Office closes at 6pm So when I 2020-07-19T00:35:24Z
I have had so much experience with La Joya My Air Conditioner always breaks down once a Month ask to get it fixed the will wait 3 to 4 days before anything gets fixed and the worst part they wait until I leave my apartment in the evening to work at 530pm before they let themselves in to work be mindful im home all day and the Office closes at 6pm So when I get home at 7am my AC is working and overtime i started missing stuff This particular Wednesday maintenance came in my apartment to fix my Cabinets I had asked them from Friday I was sleeping when the Maintenance personnel came in because he let himself in without any form of notice but I ignored His entrance he fixed what he came to do them help himself To my surprise on Thursday I needed to prep some Meat for the next day I reach for my Machete it was no where to be found always stored it beside the Refrigerator on the floor I used it two days before the Machete was no where insight So I called the Office but it was too late I left for work The next morning on my way back from work I stopped by the office and asked who was the Person who fixed my Cabinets because they took my Machete I was forward to the Melissa by Jessica to deal with the issue now the issue rise These Maintenance workers are Credible we never have any issues with them WAIT I have to tell thisthey put a Notice on my door because I changed my lock so thats why when I ask for my AC to fixed it take so long because they cant get in and Im home all day Because they want to thief my stuff after I leave so I had to suffer in the HEAT so I had to Rekey my Lock Anyway back to the Story after Melissa call him she called me and came by the Apartment with the Maintenance guy and a Machete that he told her he found outside my door when he came to fixed the Cabinets and its a hazard so he took it up Common sense why would a Machete be at my door and Melissa believes him The Machete they brought up was not even my Machete I told them I didnt want it He needs to go get mine and bring it back So Im still waiting on my Machete I am waiting on the Video they are going to watch to see what comes up I have yet to call the Police Im just being patience i believe in Second Chances and this is why I havent call the Police yetnJust bring back my MACHETEnLaJoya Not everyone can be trustednIm trying to make it to the end of my LeasenThey almost evict me because Im protecting my home by ReKeying the door just because Im missing Liquor food and my Boyfriend pilot they took Months ago after we came back from Las Vegas and the AC was broken and we left it attached to the bag on the chairnnIts a Challenge living at LaJoya Even the Mails system is a failure more ... hide ...
