My parents have been living at this apartment complex for about 13 years They have never been late on a single payment and have taken care of the repairs that are within their abilities during their staynnIn the past few years management has been slacking in taking care of its tenants as my parents have had a terrible AC unit and they have never taken the time to bring an actual tech to inspect it It has gone as far as management saying deal with it find a way to make your apartment cooler that in my opinion is preposterous if people are living under bad conditions and bring it to their attention it is their responsibility as a management office to ensure the commodity of the tenantsnnPlaygrounds pool area Volleyball court are never maintained and always closed How do they expect to have these apartments occupied how do they expect people to pay them I will never recommend this complex to anyone and i will make it my mission that this gets to any and all news networks housing facilities and corporate This ridiculousness and ignorance needs to stop and people need to start being taken care of correctlynnThis is the only review i have ever taken the time to write and that in itself should be something to be concerned about as an Apartment complex more ... hide ...

One of the cleanest apartment complex Ive lived in Going on 4yrs and I dont wanna move The complex is real quiet morning noon and night The ladies in the office are very nice and friendly always aim to please not to mention their maintenance crew Always willing to help They get my 5star rating because they go above and beyond for their residents and thats what matters the most Always giving back if its not a bbq in the summer its their back to school drive Ill recommend moving here to anyone more ... hide ...

Its damage due to termites and the landlord dont care she will move you and move someone else in and the termites are infested inside the apartments
